Terms and conditions

The rules, in plain language.

We are a children's playground first, so the safety and experience of every guest comes before everything else. These terms cover admission, open play, parties, food, memberships and privacy. Anything here you would like explained, call 647-212-7433 and we will talk it through.

Admission and safety

Who can visit

Funday! is a children's playground and we take the safety, well-being and experience of our guests seriously. Adults are admitted only when accompanying a child or direct family member under 12 years old. Anyone over 12 without an accompanying child in their group will not be admitted.

Socks only

Funday! is a socks-only facility. Grip socks are required for all children, and all adults must wear grip or regular socks. Grip socks are available at the front desk for $3.99 + HST for children and $4.99 + HST for adults. All sock sales are final.

Waivers

A liability waiver must be completed and signed for each participant entering Funday!, and must be signed by a parent or guardian over the age of 18.

Supervision

Funday! is a parent-supervised facility. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times. Funday! is not liable for injuries caused by unsafe or careless use of playground equipment or of furniture in the café and party rooms.

What to wear

We recommend children wear pants, tights or leggings, particularly for safety on the long slides, so they can access every attraction in the playground.

Bags, strollers and valuables

Strollers cannot be stored inside the facility and must be left in the cubby area. Bags and backpacks, other than small purses, are not allowed in the playground area. We recommend leaving valuables at home or in your vehicle, and never in coats, bags or unattended party rooms. Funday! is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If a bag is required, we reserve the right to perform a bag check for safety. The facility is under 24-hour video surveillance.

Conduct

Verbal or physical abuse or harassment towards guests or staff will not be tolerated. Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited — if found, the party is terminated immediately and legal action may follow. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in the facility. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests for:

Improper use of equipment
Unsafe play
Disrespectful or abusive behaviour towards others

Open play

Session times

Open play passes expire at the end of your designated time slot.

Accidents and clean-up

If a child has a bathroom-related incident or vomits, the accompanying parent or guardian is kindly asked to clean and sanitise the affected area. Funday! staff will follow up with additional sanitisation to ensure cleanliness. A fee may be applied for this service.

Party bookings

Reservations and deposits

Party bookings, including private events, require advance reservations and are subject to availability. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your booking, with a minimum of 30 days' notice before your preferred date. If your requested date falls within 30 days we will do our best to accommodate you, but availability cannot be guaranteed — contact a Funday! team member and we will try.

Final payment

Final payment is due no later than 5 days before your booked party date and is required to validate your reservation. If payment is not made in full 5 calendar days prior, Funday! may cancel the party at its discretion.

Changes and add-ons

We do our best to accommodate changes, but please finalise all details at least 30 days before your date. Add-ons including food, decorations and loot bags cannot be cancelled within 30 days of the party, as these are pre-ordered to protect your party experience.

Guest counts

Each package includes the birthday child and their accompanying parents or guardians in the total guest count. Any additional children or adults beyond the guest limit of your package will incur an extra fee.

Your time slot

All reservations adhere strictly to the allotted time slot. At the end of your slot, all guests must leave the facility, including the play area, in a clean and safe manner. You have a maximum of 15 minutes to remove gifts and belongings before the next party sets up.

Weekday pricing

Weekday pricing does not apply on public holidays, PA days, or during winter and spring breaks.

Refusal

Funday! reserves the right to refuse or cancel party bookings that do not comply with our policies.

Food and drink

Nut aware

Funday! is a nut-aware facility. We do not carry any items containing nuts; however, we cannot guarantee that all products are manufactured in a nut-free environment.

Outside food

Parents and party hosts may bring outside finger food only — sandwiches, wraps, and fruit or vegetable trays. Any food that would normally need a spoon or fork is not allowed. A cleaning fee of $30.00 or $50.00 + HST may apply to regular parties, and $100 + HST to private parties, determined by our staff based on the cleanup required. The Funday! Café offers finger foods, snacks, beverages and catering.

Not permitted

For safety and cleanliness, the following are prohibited:

Gum, popcorn, small candies (choking hazards), Cheetos, rice dishes, curry or gravy dishes, and cakes containing nuts
Any appliance plugged in without prior consent — toasters, ovens, microwaves, cotton candy machines and similar
Alcohol and drugs, at all times
Smoking anywhere in the facility
Glass-bottled beverages

Where food is eaten

Food and beverages must be consumed in the designated party room or another approved area within the facility.

Pizza

One pizza slice per child is complimentary with all party packages, except facility rentals. Additional pizza and other food can be purchased through Funday!. All pizza orders must be confirmed 7 days before your party. Funday! serves Domino's pizza only.

Cake

You are welcome to bring your own cake or order through us. For safety, all cakes must be cut by a Funday! party host using a Funday!-provided knife. Cake orders through us must be submitted 30 days before the party.

Catering and tableware

Catering orders must be confirmed and paid for 7 to 14 days in advance. Funday! provides plates, napkins and utensils for food or cakes ordered through or supplied by us.

Decorations

Bringing your own

You are welcome to bring your own decorations and balloons, though we encourage working with your party host for a seamless setup. Setup time is approximately 10 to 15 minutes before your party. Glue, thumb tacks and anything that marks, scuffs or damages the walls may not be used. Guests are responsible for damage caused to party rooms and a damage fee may apply. Funday! will not fill balloons purchased outside our facility.

Not permitted

For safety reasons, piñatas, confetti, sparkling candles, pets, food warmers, appliances, cotton candy machines and helium tanks are not allowed. Decorations and partyware ordered through us must be purchased at least 30 days in advance. Damaged or stolen Funday! rental decorations may incur a replacement or damage fee.

Memberships

Activation

All memberships must be activated on first use at Funday!. At activation, new members read and sign the applicable membership terms and receive a unique membership card for quick redemption. Failure to acknowledge and sign the terms will result in cancellation of the membership.

How a membership works

A Funday! membership grants the holder — the registered child — one open play admission per day, valid only for that member, with a 2-hour session limit. Days and times may be limited depending on membership level. One free adult is included per member per session; additional children or adults must purchase tickets or hold their own membership. All open play rules apply to every member session.

Diamond membership

Drop-in play any day of the week for 30 days, including weekends, school closures and holidays, plus exclusive access to the Aqua Room except when it is booked for a private party or opened for special events or capacity. Valid 30 days from purchase, not from first use. Limit of one session per day.

Gold membership

Drop-in play Monday to Thursday for 30 days, excluding holidays and school closure days, plus exclusive access to the Aqua Room under the same conditions as Diamond. Valid 30 days from purchase. Gold members may upgrade to Diamond at any time — speak to a Funday! team member.

Billing and cancellation

Memberships use recurring monthly payments, enrolled 30 days from the original purchase, and auto-renew. You may cancel online or in person; cancellation takes effect on the next renewal date and the membership stays valid until then. No refunds or reimbursements are issued for unused time. Memberships are non-transferable between children, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or another service. Special events and promotions are excluded. Lost or stolen cards can be replaced for $5. Funday! reserves the right to modify or cancel memberships at any time without prior notice, and misuse may result in termination.

Gift cards

Where they can be used

Gift cards can be used towards play passes, arcade and birthday packages, party bookings, private and corporate events, field trips, and purchases at the Funday! Café.

Conditions

Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any reservation or purchase made with a gift card is subject to our normal booking policies. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed cards, or for unauthorised use.

Privacy and SMS

What we collect

When you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, we may collect your mobile number, your name if provided, your message preferences and interaction history, the date and time of messages sent and received, and city-level location data where applicable. We do not collect sensitive personal data through SMS.

How we use it

We use your information to send booking confirmations, reminders and alerts, to share promotional offers, events and service announcements, to respond to your enquiries, and to improve your messaging experience. We only message people who have given express consent.

Your consent

By opting in — through online forms, event RSVPs or keyword opt-ins — you provide express written consent to receive text messages from Funday!. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Opting out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to unsubscribe from all messages, or HELP for support information. Opt-outs are processed immediately and no further messages are sent unless you opt in again.

Sharing and security

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Your information may be shared only with our SMS service provider for message delivery, or with legal authorities where required by law; all vendors must meet strict data security and privacy standards. We use industry-standard protections including encrypted storage, access controls and routine audits.

Retention and age

We retain SMS data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted. Our SMS service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors via SMS. If you are outside Canada or the United States, your information is processed in compliance with Canadian and U.S. data privacy laws.

Funday! reserves the right to update these terms. The booking confirmation and signed waiver are the binding documents for your visit.

Funday! Family Centre & Indoor Playground is a 10,000 sq ft indoor playground, kids birthday party venue and family entertainment centre in Mississauga, Ontario, at Dixie & Dundas. We host birthday parties, princess and character parties, private and full-facility events, open play, VIP memberships and Funday Academy summer camp for families across Mississauga, Etobicoke, Brampton, Oakville, Milton and the west end of Toronto.

All party prices are stated from, before HST, and depend on guest count, room and date. Open play session times vary on holidays and event days. Character visits are performed by our partner entertainment company.
