Funday! General Terms and Conditions

First and foremost we are a children’s playground and take the safety, well-being and experience of our guests very seriously. As such, we do not allow entry to adults unless they are accompanying their child or direct family member who is under 12 years old. Any persons over 12 years old without an accompanying child in their group will not be allowed in Funday. 

 

Funday! is a socks-only facility. Grip socks are required for all children, and all adults must wear either grip or regular socks. Grip socks are available for purchase at $3.99/pair + HST for kids and $4.99 + HST for adults. All sock sales are final.

Liability Waivers must be completed and signed for each participant entering Funday! and must be signed by a parent/guardian over the age of 18.

 

Funday! is a parent-supervised facility. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times. Funday! is not liable for injuries caused by unsafe or careless use of playground equipment or furniture in the café or party rooms.
 

We recommend that all children wear pants, tights, or leggings, particularly for safety reasons on long slides, to access all attractions in the indoor playground.

Open Play passes, expire at the end of your designated time slot.

 

If a child experiences a bathroom-related incident or vomits, the accompanying parents/guardians are kindly asked to clean and sanitize the affected areas. Funday! staff will then follow up with additional sanitization to ensure cleanliness. A fee may be applied for this service.

 

Gift Cards can be used toward Funday! play passes, arcade and birthday packages, party bookings/private and corporate events, field trips, and purchases at the Funday! Café. Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any reservation or purchase made using a gift card will be subject to Funday!'s normal booking policies. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, or unauthorized use of a gift card.

 

Party bookings, including private events, require advance reservations and are subject to availability. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a party booking, with a minimum of 30 days' notice before the preferred party date. Final payment is due no later than 5 days prior to your booked party date and is required to validate your reservation. In the event payment is not made in full 5 calendar days prior to the booking, Funday! may cancel the party at its discretion. If the requested party date is within 30 days, we will do our best to accommodate, but availability cannot be guaranteed. For last-minute bookings within 30 days, please contact a Funday! team member, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We strive to accommodate changes to party add-ons, but guests are encouraged to finalize all details at least 30 days prior to the party date. Add-ons, including food, decorations, loot bags, etc., cannot be canceled within 30 days of the party date, as these items are pre-ordered to ensure the best party experience.

Each party package includes the birthday child and accompanying parent(s) or guardian(s) in the total guest count of the selected party package. Any additional children or adults exceeding the guest limit of your selected package will incur an extra fee.

All party reservations must strictly adhere to the allotted time slots. At the end of your designated time slot, all guests must vacate the Funday! Facility in a clean and safe manner, including the play area, and are alotted a maximum of 15 minutes to remove gifts and belongings before the next party sets up.​

 

Weekday pricing does not apply on public holidays, PA days, or during winter and spring breaks.

 

Funday! is a nut-aware facility. We do not carry any items with nuts; however, we cannot guarantee that all products are manufactured in a nut-free environment.

 

Parents or party hosts may bring outside finger food only (sandwhiches, wraps, fruit/vegetable trays). Any food that would typically use a spoon or fork is not allowed. A cleaning fee of $30.00 or $50.00 + HST may be charged for regular parties, and a $100 + HST cleaning fee may apply to private parties. Whether a cleaning fee is charged will be determined by Funday! staff based on the extent of cleanup required. The Funday! Café offers a variety of finger foods, snacks, beverages, and catering options for parties. Please note the following food and beverage policies:

• Gum, popcorn, small candies (choking hazards), Cheetos, rice dishes, curry or gravy dishes, and cakes with nuts are prohibited.

• Absolutely no appliances can be plugged in without Funday’s prior consent including toasters, ovens, microwaves, cotton candy machines etc. 

• Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited. If alcohol or drugs are found, your party will be immediately terminated, and legal action may follow.

• Smoking is prohibited in the facility.

• Glass-bottled beverages are not allowed.

• Food and beverages must be consumed in the designated party room or an approved area within the facility.

• Catering orders must be confirmed and paid for 7-14 days in advance.

 

1 Pizza slice per child is complimentary with all of our party packages (except facility rentals). Additional pizza or other food options can be purchased through Funday!. All pizza orders must be confirmed 7 days before your party. Funday! serves “Domnio’s” pizza only.

 

Guests may bring their own cakes or order through Funday!. All cakes must be cut by a Funday! party host using a Funday!-provided knife for safety. Cake orders must be submitted 30 days before the party.

 

Funday! will provide plates, napkins, and utensils for food or cakes ordered through or supplied by us.

 

Guests are welcome to bring their own decorations and balloons, however we encourage working with our party Host on decorations to ensure a seamless experience. If you’d like to bring your own decorations, the setup time is approximately 10-15 minutes before your party. Guests may not use glue, thumb tacks, or anything that will cause marks, scuffs, or any damage to the walls. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to party rooms, and a damage fee may apply. Funday! will not fill balloons purchased outside our facility.

 

For safety reasons, piñatas, confetti, sparkling candles, pets, food warmers, appliances, cotton candy machine and helium tanks are not allowed. Decorations and partyware must be purchased in advance, with at least 30 days notice. Damaged or stolen Funday! rental decorations may incur a replacement or damage fee.

 

Due to space constraints, strollers cannot be stored inside the facility. Strollers must be left in the cubby area, and Funday! is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Do not leave valuables in coats, bags, or unattended in party rooms. Our facility is under 24-hour video surveillance.

 

Bags and backpacks, except small purses, are not allowed in the playground area. We recommend leaving valuables at home or in your vehicle. If a bag is required, Funday! reserves the right to perform a bag check for safety reasons.

 

Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited. If found, the party will be terminated immediately, and legal action may follow. Smoking/Vaping is prohibited within the facility.

 

Any verbal or physical abuse or harassment toward Funday! guests or staff will not be tolerated. Funday! reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests under the following circumstances:

• Improper use of equipment.

• Unsafe play.

• Disrespectful or abusive behavior toward others.

 

Funday! reserves the right to refuse or cancel party bookings if they do not comply with our policies.

Memberships: All memberships must be activated on the first use at Funday!
The activation process will require new members to read and sign ther applicable terms of the membership, and Funday! will provide members with a unique membership card for quick redemptions. Failure to acknowledge and sign the membership terms will result in cancellation of the membership. By using this membership, you agree to the following terms: The Funday! Membership grants the holder (child) one (1) open play admission per day, valid only for the registered member. Days and times may have limitations depending on the membership level, visit www.thefunday.ca for day and/or time restrictions and memberships levels available. All other rules and terms/conditions for open play, apply to each member’s open play session 2 hour time limit per day. Includes one (1) free adult per member (child) per session. Additional children and/or parents must purchase tickets or have their own membership. This membership is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service. Special events and promotions are excluded from membership programs. Lost or stolen membership cards can be replaced for $5. Funday! Memberships use recurring monthly payments. Funday! reserves the right to modify or cancel memberships at any time without prior notice. Misuse or violation of these terms may result in membership termination.

Diamond Memership: Join us for a drop-in-play session for 30 days any day of the week! Including weekends, school closures and holidays! Also allows Exclusive access to the Aqua Room (except when booked for a private party or when opened for special events or capacity requirements). Membership valid 30 days from purchase (not 30 days from 1st use). Limit of 1 session per day per member. Includes 1 free adult. Additional children or adults require separate passes or memberships. Special events or Private Full-Facility parties are excluded from memberships. Not transferable between children. Non-members must purchase their own admission tickets or membership if joining members for play. Memberships are enrolled in recurring payments 30 days from the original purchase. Gold Membership: Join us for drop-in-play sessions for 30 days from Monday -Thursday (Except on holidays & school closure days). Also allows Exclusive access to the Aqua Room (except when booked for a private party or when opened for special events or capacity requirements). Membership valid 30 days from purchase (not 30 days from 1st use). Gold Membership may only be used for a single no-charge open play Monday-Thursday, except when PA days or holidays fall on those days. Gold members may upgrade at any time to the Diamond membership, see a Funday! team member for details. Limit of 1 session per day per member. Includes 1 free adult. Additional children or adults require separate passes or memberships. Special events or Private Full-Facility parties are excluded from memberships. Not transferable between children. Non-members must purchase their own admission tickets or membership if joining members for play. Memberships are enrolled in recurring payments 30 days from the original purchase. Memberships will auto-renew but may be cancelled by the guest directly online, or in-person. Cancellations will take effect on the next renewal date and the membership will only be valid until the next renewal date. No refunds or reimbursements will be issued for unsed time for membership purchases or renewals.

When you opt-in to receive SMS messages from us, we may collect your mobile phone number, your name (if provided), your message preferences and interaction history, the date and time of messages sent and received, and city-level location data if applicable. We do not collect sensitive personal data through SMS.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to unsubscribe from all messages or HELP for customer support information. We process opt-outs immediately, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Your information may be shared only with our SMS service provider for message delivery purposes or with legal authorities if required to comply with applicable laws. All vendors are required to adhere to strict data security and privacy standards.

We implement industry-standard security protocols to protect your information, including encrypted data storage, access controls, and routine audits and monitoring.

We retain your SMS data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. After that, your information is securely deleted.

Our SMS services are not intended for minors under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors via SMS.

If you are outside of Canada or the United States, please note that your information will be processed in compliance with Canadian and U.S. data privacy laws.
